George served as the NE Ohio District Representative for U.S. Senator Rob Portman and U. S. Senator George V. Voinovich.  He is a Mahoning Valley native and a graduate of Youngstown State University.  He resides in the Tremont neighborhood in Cleveland and is a devoted Cleveland Indians fan.  Having attended previous political conventions\, George volunteered for the speakers bureau to be part of Cleveland 2016\, and be engaged in this once in a lifetime civic opportunity for our region.\n\n \n\nThe Republican National Convention will be held in Cleveland July 18-21.
