We will be offering FREE round table discussions on the third Thursday of every month. Join us with your questions to explore topics that are important to you. Reservations are encouraged but not required.

INTRODUCING

June 15th - Food for Thought. Is Food Medicine?
We’ll explore the benefits and risks of seeing food as medicine. Prescription or poison learn the role of food in health and in illness, from digestive health, to mental health, to physical pain. We’ll separate fact from fiction and look at the pros and cons of viewing food as medicine.
