August 17th - Why Your Rotator Cuff DOESN'T Matter.
Your physician says, “You have a rotator cuff injury.” If your first thought is - “Oh no, that’s means surgery” - please attend this table talk. 100% of all shoulder aches and pains involve the rotator cuff, directly or indirectly. However, roughly 90% of shoulder issues won’t need surgery. We’ll discuss what your rotator cuff needs to recover. This will be helpful for those who currently have a rotator cuff injury as well as those who would like to know what to do if ever they have one.
