Fairmount Center for the Arts “LIGHTS! CAMERA! ACTION!” On Camera Acting Workshop

Fairmount Center for the Arts, a non-profit community center for the arts, is pleased to announce “LIGHTS! CAMERA! ACTION!”, an On-Camera Commercial Acting Workshop! The workshop will be held on August 7th, 2021, from 10AM - 12PM at the Fairmount Center for the Arts (8400 Fairmount Road, Novelty). There is a $35 fee to attend and pre-registration is required. This fun and informative workshop is geared to the beginner/ intermediate performer, and will cover the basics of what you need to provide a solid, smart, and unique audition. Fairmount alumni Marc Moritz & Charles St. Clair, both accomplished actors and directors, will cover commercial acting techniques, making bold acting choices, preparing sides, handling callbacks, self-taping, and include opportunities to practice these skills with mock auditions.
