Group Stretch Hosted by StretchLab Pinecrest

Join StretchLab Pinecrest on the Green in Pinecrest Shopping Center at 9am on Saturday August 17th for a Group Stretch! A certified Flexologist will lead participants through a 40-minute group stretch that is meant to relax and rejuvenate participants for their day. Yoga mats or towels are encouraged as part of the stretch will have participants laying or sitting down. All ages are welcome and no prior stretching experience is necessary. Event is FREE!
