Kindergarten Screening

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. You will check-in the school office. The screenings will be held in the school Library. The entire screening will take approximately 30-45 minutes. While your child is busy working with the teacher, we will have coffee and refreshments and a little bit of paperwork for you to complete. Please bring copies of your child's birth certificate, baptism certificate, immunization record, and a list of any medications with you.
