Join us for an exclusive and intimate event presented by Kimberlee Franz, the owner of The Etiquette Factory by Miss Kim.  During this presentation, we will discuss the following topics: Invitations, Arrival, Ordering, Dining Conversations, Table Settings, American Style, Continental Style, Setting Expectations, and Cultural Differences. 

Dinner to follow the presentation where you can apply the skills you learned! 


Kimberlee is a certified etiquette instructor who has been teaching since 2015. A graduate of Cleveland State University, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication. She's  an experienced corporate professional with a strong understanding of etiquette and manners.
