The star of smash Broadway hits Newsies, Gigi and Bandstand will present an intimate holiday concert in Chagrin Falls’ historic Township Hall. Join us for this festive evening featuring showstoppers from Corey’s favorite shows, Broadway standards and a host of holiday classics as Corey comes home for the holidays. In keeping with the mission of giving back to communities that showcase and support the arts, a portion of the proceeds will benefit historic Township Hall.
Historic Township Hall will be transformed into an intimate Broadway venue right here on Main Street in picturesque Chagrin Falls in the heart of the Chagrin Valley.
Decked out for the holidays, Main Street is filled with great restaurants, unique shops and galleries and delicious options to enjoy a post-show dessert or coffee.
Corey Cott became an overnight Broadway sensation after taking over the lead role of Jack Kelly in Newsies. He also starred in Gigi as Gaston Lachaille and originated the role of Donny Novitski in Bandstand opposite Laura Osnes. His multiple television and film credits include Madam Secretary, Z: The Beginning of Everything and The Good Fight. Corey grew up in Chagrin Falls and is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. As a veteran of many regional and local theater productions, Corey is proud to support community theaters throughout the country.

This family party starts at Township Hall at 10:30pm with movies, hot cocoa, coffee and cookies. The countdown party starts on the Triangle at 11:30. There will be over 200 popcorn balls launched by Rob Schwinn's popcorn ball blower. Retired police Chief Jim Brosius will again do the honors of ringing in the New Year with the town cannon.
The Popcorn Ball is sponsored by First Federal Lakewood and made exclusively for the drop by Chagrin Falls Popcorn Shop. This year, the Popcorn Shop has applied to the Guinness Book of World Records to be awarded the world's largest elevated popcorn ball.
Donations will be accepted for the Chagrin Falls Township renovation fund.
