OrthoSport HQ, a performance-based physical therapy and sports training clinic located in Chagrin Falls, is excited to announce an opportunity to join our expanding team!

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Office Manager who is organized, personable, and eager to grow within a dynamic, family-like environment. At OrthoSport HQ, we pride ourselves on helping people move and live better — and we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion for health, wellness, and exceptional care.

The Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting our daily operations, managing clinic scheduling, assisting patients both in-person and by phone, and providing administrative support to our Doctors of Physical Therapy. This position also includes assisting with billing and general office organization to keep our team running smoothly.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered setting. Previous experience in healthcare or office administration is a plus, but not required — we’re willing to train the right fit who is ready to learn and grow with us!
