Provide high-quality outpatient PT for active adults and performance-minded clients
Conduct thorough evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
Coach strength, movement, and return-to-sport performance strategies (as appropriate)
Communicate clearly with patients on expectations, progress, and plan adherence
Contribute to clinic standards, systems, and growth initiatives as the practice scales
Required:
Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in Ohio (or eligible for licensure)
Strong communication and patient-coaching skills
High professionalism and reliability
Preferred:
Fitness/training background (strength training, endurance sport, CrossFit, golf, etc.)
Interest in sports/performance populations and active adults
Comfort combining rehab + strength + performance principles
Physical Therapist (DPT) pay range: $68,000–$105,000+ annually, depending on experience, role structure, and performance-based components.
Additional incentives/bonus pathways may be available based on clinic performance and role alignment.
