Do you love making people feel welcome and taken care of? The Inn of Chagrin is looking for a friendly, helpful, and professional Guest Service Assistant to join our team and provide top-tier hospitality in the heart of our charming village.

Position Overview:
As a Guest Service Assistant, your main responsibility is to assist guests with their luggage to and from their rooms and vehicles, while ensuring every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Duties Include:
Greeting guests with warmth and a smile
Assisting guests with luggage upon check-in and check-out
Providing directions, local recommendations, and helpful information
Supporting the front desk with guest needs and requests
Helping maintain a clean, polished, and inviting lobby and common spaces
Offering 5-star service with a personal touch every step of the way
