The Alzheimer's Association Cleveland Area Chapter serves Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain counties. We help all those facing Alzheimer's disease and other dementia by providing support groups and educational resources, while advancing crucial research and public policy initiatives.
