United Way Services of Geauga County

-Current Program Manager at the United Way in Geauga County.  Responsible for the Aging and Disability Resource Network and Bridges@Work programs. 

-Previous Manager in government in Cleveland. Coordinated grants, managed a financial division of 50+ people, and completed human resource tasks.  Some of my accomplishments include:

-  Managed a federal grant focusing on children and families.  Communicated with federal representatives and collaborated with vendors. 
-  Increased production by 214% after I developed and led a team to investigate financial issues.  My team received a Best Practice award from the State of Ohio for this accomplishment.
-  I coordinated and led a unit to increase collections.  Collections exceeded $1.8M dollars or 46% of the entire State of Ohio's efforts using this tool.  My team was recognized by the State of Ohio for this work.
